DIMAIN project team has developed “Diversity and Inclusion” (D&I) Training Program, which aims to present important knowledge and understanding as well as practical materials and tools about D&I concept and its management. The D&I Program entities 2 Modules, which are divided into face to face (F2F) and Online parts.

Project team aims to deliver high quality outputs to correspond the needs of the target group, thus pilot event will take place in July in Vilnius. HR managers and those who works with diversity (policy) will be invited to test prepared programme. It is a great opportunity to receive feedback and useful comments on how to improve this programme and adopt it to the practitioners needs.
